Join the owners' union
Clear documents define your rights, your share and how decisions are taken inside the union.
Follow cost and execution
Periodic reports with photos and payment certificates; every expense line is shown to members as it happens.
Handover and life after it
Delivery to agreed specifications, then continuous management and maintenance decided by the union — not by one party.
