Finishing works have officially started at the I-16 building in Beit Al Watan, New Cairo, after the structural phase and the internal walls were approved by the resident engineer and the union representative.
What is being executed now
- Stone cladding and cornices on the front facade, with exterior painting on the third and fourth floors.
- Facade and entrance lighting distribution installed and tested.
- Plastering and floor screed in the upper-floor apartments.
- Approved marble and ceramic samples delivered to site for the lobby.
Every finishing item on this building was approved by a documented union decision before it reached the site.
What comes next
The coming phase covers the lobby and common areas, then the installation of doors and sanitary ware. A photographic progress report is issued to union members with each completed phase.
