“Beit El Watan – Tenth Phase” : The Biggest Opportunity for Egyptians Abroad to Own Land in 23 New Cities

As part of the government’s continuous efforts to strengthen the connection between Egyptians abroad and their homeland, the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has announced an update to the website for the “Beit El Watan” Project – Tenth Phase. This step aims to expand the opportunity for a larger number of applicants to reserve land plots and fulfill their aspirations of owning property in Egypt.

15,000 Land Plots in 23 New Cities

Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny – Minister of Housing – confirmed that the tenth phase is the largest ever in the history of the “Beit El Watan” project. It includes approximately 15,000 land plots of various sizes distributed across 23 new cities throughout the country.
Land allocation is currently being processed based on the order of fund transfers through the Central Bank of Egypt, ensuring transparency and equal opportunity for all applicants.

Unprecedented Response and Tripled Land Availability

The tenth phase came as a natural response to the growing demand from Egyptians abroad. The ministry had initially offered around 3,000 plots, but due to the unprecedented surge in bank transfers, efforts were made to accommodate all applicants, increasing the number of available plots to 15,000.

Opportunities and Facilitations by the End of the Phase

To maximize the benefits of this phase, the Minister noted that additional facilitations might be introduced later, including the possibility of reserving more than one plot using remaining funds, depending on the availability of plots by the end of the phase.
